Really good Service at an Elegant Hotel

I was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff . Cortes P took great care to personalize my experience and make sure I could celebrate a special occasion. I also enjoyed the excellent service and cheerful energy provided during breakfast service. This made for a nice start to each day.

The bedding quality left much to be desired, and I noticed it could use improvement. Sheets and covers felt a bit rough. The mattress was too crinkly. I hope the hotel considers upgrading these items for more comfortable rest.
